1. If 1st time homebuyer purchasing a principal residence, state xfer tax is reduced to .25% payable by the SELLER

    property AND 1st time homebuyer, first $75,000 exempt from local transfer tax
6. $3.00 for agricultural assessment; $10.00 transfer fee for deeds

Over $500,000 and up to $1,000,000, add= $3.00 per thousand + $1950.00
Over $1,000,000 and up to $5,000,000, add= $2.40 per thousand + $3450.00
Over $5,000,000 and up to $15,000,000, add= $2.10 per thousand + $15450.00

ALTA Homeowner’s Residential Loan Policy*

Up to $250,000 of liability written= $3.00 per thousand
Over $250,000 and up to $500,000, add= $2.40 per thousand + $750.00
Over $500,000 and up to $1,000,000, add= $2.10 per thousand + $1350.00
Over $1,000,000 and up to $5,000,000, add= $1.80 per thousand + $2400.00
Over $5,000,000 and up to $15,000,000, add= $1.50 per thousand + $ 11400.00

*If issued simultaneously with an owner’s policy the charge is $35.00.
